So if that is what you expect can we provide it?

Well the answer is yes and no!

So are we free then?

NO sadly with those same law changes in 2013 to prevent companies selling your details everywhere  it also meant that certain fees we could charge the other if your claim was successful can no longer be charged and you are now liable for them, but do not stress as all claims are handled on a no win no fee basis and as long as you do not lie or exaggerate your claim then if your claim fails you pay nothing. Will we settle your claim as quickly as possible?

No is the simple answer here and why would you want to. Whilst there are companies out there that will promise to get you your money quickly the simple reason behind this is that the sooner you get paid the sooner they get paid. But in injury compensation pay outs the longer you are injured the more compensation you will get. So it makes no sense to rush your claim.
