How Long Will It Take To Get My Compensation?
Every injury compensation claim is different. The length of the claim also depends on the insurance details of the third party (the person whose fault the accident was). We have known some cases settle within 6 months but other claims have taken over a year or two to complete. The solicitor we appoint you are specialists in personal injury and will always use their experience in order to settle the claim as quickly as they can for you.
How Much Compensation Will My Case Settle For?
This is a very complex question and would depend on the seriousness of your injury and how that has affected you in life. Other aspects to consider would be if you have any loss of earnings, how long you were suffering for with your injury, if any ongoing medical care is needed etc. The solicitor we appoint you can asses each case and can advise you with a guideline of how much compensation you could receive. The solicitor would also need to review the medical records for the injury.
What Accident Claims Do We Handle?
The Accident Claimline can assess cases if you have been injured in an accident that wasnt solely your fault. The accident would have needed to happen within the last 3 years. If you were under the age of 18 when the accident happened the 3 years starts from your 18th birthday so therefore you would have until you are 21 years of age to claim for compensation.
